Mindful Journaling Workshop

This intimate, thoughtfully designed journaling workshop is limited to 12 participants, creating a warm and supportive environment for reflection, growth, and sustainable self-care.

Guided by Ragna Prinssen, M.Sc. in IO Psychology and certified Journal Therapy Coach, you’ll explore a psychology-grounded framework for journaling

The workshop is designed to be completely approachable: you can go as deep as you like in your writing, and you won’t be asked to share what you’ve written.

There will however be opportunities for shared reflection and open discussion, where you can ask questions about journaling, techniques, or building healthy habits in your daily life.

No prior journaling experience is required, just curiosity and a desire to invest in your mental and emotional health.

    Polina also incorporates sound healing into her sessions, using Tibetan bowls to create a meditative, healing atmosphere.

  • Sound Healer

    Natalia, a gifted musician, sound healer, and artist, complements Polina's practices with her mastery of crystal bowls and Koshi bells.

    Together, they offer an immersive healing experience that blends movement, breath, and sound for a holistic approach to wellness.

  • For those seeking a more tailored experience, we offer private yoga sessions that are fully customized to meet individual needs. Whether you're looking to deepen your practice, work on specific postures, or explore mindfulness, these sessions provide the space for a personal journey.

  • This unique session incorporates the healing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, offering deep relaxation and energy alignment. The massage is a therapeutic experience aimed at reducing stress and tension, promoting emotional and physical well-being.

  • Our soundbath sessions are available both at our studio and for external bookings. These deeply immersive experiences use sound waves from various instruments, including crystal bowls and Koshi chimes, to guide participants into a state of profound relaxation and meditation.

  • We cater to private gatherings and corporate wellness events, providing yoga, sound healing, or a combination of both. Whether it’s a team-building activity or a special celebration, we offer customized sessions that bring harmony and balance to any occasion.
